Book Store FAQ

E-mail Print PDF

The Book Sanctuary Book Store aims to give the reader a user friendly experience when browsing and purchasing our eBooks; the store has launched, with our first range of eBooks due in the near future.

The first step before using the Book Store is to register for the website. You can register from the 'Home', 'Forum' and 'Book Store' areas of the website.

Once registered, you are able to browse the Book Store by a number of genre categories. Selecting a book will show you its average rating, as well as a description and preview of the cover. If you decide that you want to download and purchase a book, you simply select 'Add to Cart'.

Your shopping cart will only be visible while in the 'Book Store' area of the website, but will retain your products while you browse elsewhere. When you want to download your product, return to the shop and click on 'Show Cart' at the top right of the screen. A summary of your products will be visible, and when you wish to continue click on 'Checkout'.

If you haven't already done so, you will be prompted to either login to the site or register an account.

You will be prompted to confirm payment details through a secure RBS Worldpay transaction area (unless it is a free product); you will have the option of paying with a wide range of debit and credit cards. Once payment is confirmed and terms of service agreed you can confirm your order. You will receive confirmation of your order by email, and there will be a link on Worldpay to return you to the Book Sanctuary home page.

You will receive a 'Download-Info' email. Click on the link within this email and you will be taken to a download page on www.booksanctuary.co.uk. Simply click on 'Start Download' to receive your files.

If any of your emails don't arrive, please remember to initially check your 'spam' email folders, and remember to set Book Sanctuary as a 'trusted' website.

If you have any problems at any time, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
